Learn authentic Ayurvedic cooking directly from Chef Sanjai through immersive online workshops designed for modern kitchens and modern lives.
These are not simply recipe demonstrations. Each class combines seasonal Ayurveda, digestive wisdom, practical kitchen guidance, and deeply nourishing meals that participants can recreate at home.
Drawing from decades of teaching at Vedika Global, Sivananda Bahamas, and Ayurveda gatherings across the United States, Chef Sanjai offers a rare approach to Ayurvedic food: authentic, healing, gourmet, and deeply livable.
Participants cook along live, ask questions directly, and receive beautifully organized recipe PDFs after each session.
Seasonal Ayurveda from Chef Sanjai’s Kitchen
Chef Sanjai offers intimate private cooking workshops centered around the wisdom of seasonal Ayurveda.
Participants may choose to study either in person at the chef’s home kitchen in the Bay Area, California, or online from anywhere
in the world.Each workshop explores one seasonal kitchen:
• Spring Reset
• Summer Cooling
• Autumn Grounding
• Winter Nourishment
Over approximately two and a half hours, participants learn five seasonal Ayurvedic recipes directly from Chef Sanjai, while also receiving guidance on digestion, spices, seasonal balance, food energetics, and conscious cooking.
The session concludes with a shared meal with the chef.
In-Person Bay Area Workshops
The primary offering takes place in Chef Sanjai’s home kitchen in the Bay Area, California. These small-group gatherings allow participants to learn in an intimate, hands-on environment directly alongside the chef.

Online Private Workshops
For those unable to travel, the same seasonal workshops may also be attended online. Participants cook from their own kitchens while learning live with Chef Sanjai in real time.
Five Recipes. Two and a Half Hours. A Meal with Chef Sanjai.
Each private workshop is a complete seasonal kitchen immersion. Chef Sanjai teaches five recipes from his own Ayurveda Family Kitchen collection, guiding participants through the ingredients, spices, cooking methods, and seasonal wisdom behind each dish. After cooking, participants sit down and enjoy the meal together with the chef.
This Is a Premium Offering
This is not a standard cooking class. Each session is a private seasonal Ayurveda kitchen immersion with Chef Sanjai, held in his own Bay Area home kitchen or offered live online.
It includes:
• five carefully selected seasonal Ayurvedic recipes
• organic ingredient sourcing and preparation
• live teaching from Chef Sanjai himself
• understanding Ayurvedic seasonal energetics

Students are not simply watching a recipe. They are learning how to think, cook, and nourish themselves seasonally through Ayurveda.

Workshops are generally scheduled on weekends based on mutual availability. Once you send an inquiry, Chef Sanjai or a member of his team will personally get back to you to coordinate dates, format preference, and the seasonal menu you would like to study.
